What documents are needed for my pet to travel?
You'll typically need a veterinary health certificate, vaccination records, and, for international travel, an import permit for the destination country. Our team will guide you through the entire paperwork process.
How far in advance should I book my pet’s travel?
We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance for domestic travel, and 2–3 months ahead for international relocations to allow time for paperwork, vaccinations, and crate training.
Will my pet be safe and comfortable during the flight?
Yes! Your pet will travel in a climate-controlled, pressurised area of the aircraft, in an airline-approved crate sized for their comfort. We also prepare your pet beforehand to minimise stress.
Is it possible to send more than one pet at the same time?
Absolutely. We can coordinate travel for multiple pets, whether they’re travelling together or separately. Let us know your needs during the consultation.
What happens if there are flight delays or cancellations?
We monitor all flights closely and make immediate arrangements if delays occur. Your pet's safety and comfort are always our top priority, including arranging temporary accommodation if needed.
